About me
I'm a startup enthusiast who loves challenges and growth. I'm passionate about helping people reach their full potential and building healthy businesses.
With 20 years of HR experience, I've spent a decade in Talent Acquisition and the last 10 years as a Head of People/People & Culture Manager in dynamic tech startups. I hold degrees in Human Resources Management and Business Psychology.
I'm also a certified Coach and former Mentor at the University of Success #Digital University, which supports the development of young women in the labor market.
Outside of work, you'll find me exploring on the motorcycle or training in the boxing ring. I also have a passion for psychology, dogs, and cooking.
